During our most recent transaction, I and Oscar the Loan Officer discussed how our buyer was able to use her VA Home Loan entitlement for the second time to purchase a second property for a new primary residence. We also discuss how she not only was able to get into her new home with zero money down, but didn't have to pay closing costs, the seller paid down debt for our buyer, and received money back at the closing table. We break down how negotiating deals like this are not only unique but possible in today's market.
